     If you are adding an event, please search the database to make sure that it is not already included. If the event is included in the listing but the information is incorrect, please edit the existing listing rather than adding a new one.

     Obviously, there are things on the form that do not apply to your event or things that you don’t know at the present time so leave those items blank. You can return to the form at any time to update your event.

If you have a problem with this form please email us here stating the problem and error information if possible.

Select the Host Flyball Club from the list box.  If not found enter the Host Club or Organization in the box below.

   Select Flyball Judge(s)  Flyball Judge(s)
To select more than one, hold down the Ctrl or Cmd key while clicking on each choice.

Select Judges from List Box and click on the "Update Judges" button.  Judges entered manually into the text box will be over written when the "Update Judges" button is pressed. Enter judges that are found first then manually enter additional judge(s).
